“ I was looking for a “small business” coffee shop to listen to a training so I came here based on reviews and Babylon did not disappoint! My drink had that thick froth that lasts until the drink is gone, very rare with a lot of coffee shops I’ve been to lately. The music was a nice touch but soft enough to still hear conversations, study, or relax. Bonus for it being Christian music, I know that’s not everyone’s cup of tea but it’s mine and I loved it! I also ordered a muffin (Rasberry) and it was probably the best muffin I’ve ever had! It was very soft & moist, had really good flavor, and the only bad thing I can say about it is I was sad when it was gone! If you want really sweet this isn’t your muffin but if you like soft muffins with good flavor and subtle sweetness, you have to get one. I really wish I lived closer but I would probably spend way too much if I was! ”
“ I ordered the Spanish latte 1/2 sweet, and it was so good! Some of the better coffee around. I also ordered the sausage sandwich. And that was ok, it was mostly egg with maybe one little piece of sausage in it. But it was still good. The atmosphere is so cute, cozy, and full of peace. I would consider this a Christian based coffee shop and I loved it!! Will definitely be back ”
“ I recently visited this spot and I have to say, it was an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The ambiance grabbed my attention, it's got this perfect blend of cozy and sophisticated vibes that make you feel instantly at ease. The lighting is soft and inviting, with subtle decor elements that add a touch of elegance without overwhelming the space. Whether you're there for a casual hangout or a relaxed evening, it sets the ideal tone. What really sets this place apart is how unique it feels compared to other spots in the area. It's not your run-of-the-mill venue; there's a creative flair in everything from the layout to the little details, like the eclectic seating arrangements and some artistic touches on the walls that spark conversation. It's the kind of uniqueness that makes you want to tell your friends about it and come back for more. And let's talk about the laid-back atmosphere, it's spot on! No rush, no pressure, just a welcoming environment where you can unwind and enjoy the moment. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive, which only enhanced that chill vibe. I spent a couple of hours there and left feeling refreshed and happy. If you're in Hurst or nearby, do yourself a favor and check it out, it's a hidden gem worth discovering! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a memorable, low-key outing. ”
“ This is a really nice spot with great coffee and fresh pastries. Neat and comfortable places to get some work/study done. Would love to visit here again. The staff is very sweet too. ”
“ Always a great spot for coffee and food. Hiba (owner) works most mornings and their family takes pride in their menu. Today I had a large latte. Their food is prepared/baked onsite and I enjoy their selection of sconces and muffins as well as the sausage roll! ”
